How we keep your daughter's information safe
- No names, photos, or birthdays. Your daughter is saved only as a team code, like SILVER-07. Her name is never stored.
- What we save: your email (to send your sign-in link), which games she played, her results, the date, and any notes the coach writes for her. That's all.
- Who can see it: only you and the coach. Other parents and players can't see her results, and you can't see theirs. Coach Chris links each family by hand, so knowing a player code isn't enough to see anyone's results.
- No passwords. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so there's no password to steal or reuse.
- No ads, no tracking, never sold or shared. This information is only used to help coach the team.
- Playing without signing in saves nothing. Your daughter can play every game without an account.
- Want it deleted? Ask the coach and your account and your daughter's results will be removed.
